Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Executive Committee. As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for managing complex calendars, organizing meetings, and preparing high-quality presentations and decks. In addition to your administrative responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the Web3 landscape and expand your knowledge through exposure to our innovative projects and initiatives. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for Web3 technologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the calendars of the Executive Committee, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate and prioritize internal and external meetings, ensuring efficient use of executives' time and seamless coordination with stakeholders.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and action items, following up on action items to ensure timely completion.
  • Assist in the preparation of high-quality presentations, decks, and reports for executive-level meetings
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and consolidate input for presentations, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Assist in the coordination and execution of special projects, events, and initiatives, working closely with the Executive Committee and other stakeholders.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism, maintaining the highest level of confidentiality at all times.
  • Act as a liaison between the Executive Committee and internal/external stakeholders, representing the executives in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and implement streamlined approaches to enhance the efficiency of administrative operations.
  • Provide general administrative support, including managing email correspondence, personal matters, and handling other ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, supporting C-level executives or senior management.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy while working on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare and present information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong interest in Web3 technologies and a desire to expand knowledge in this field.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using productivity tools such as G Suite or Microsoft Office.
